Im 18 years old (well this sept20th) ive been workin out for about 3 years, now i would like to lose weight, how many calories should my diet contain, i dont mind losing a little muscle my main goal is to lose the weight, and i also plan to use clen, and do approx 80-120min of cardio a day, 7 days a week, for 12 weeks. | ||

how many calories do you currently consume? iwould say eat 1200-1500 calories and you will lose weight fast...that is how many calories my wrestling team use to "safely" cut weight(of course most didn't safely cut the weight, but that's off topic..) big-guy | ||

Don't even bother with clen until you get to around 9-10% bodyfat. It's fairly easy to get down to about 10% just by doing cardio and having discipline with your diet. After 10%, then you would not be unwise to throw in some clen and ECA. But at 25%, trust me, it's a waste. | ||

The easiest way is to find out what your basal metabolism burns off in a day (can't remember the equation, it's something like your bodyweight X 16 or 18...) and then drop that # by about 200-300 calories for a week. If you lose 1-2 pounds, keeping all other variables the same, then you've got the #. If you don't lose any, drop it another 200-300, etc. BUT, remember to get an accurate bodyfat measurement before you start cutting so you know how much fat you've lost, not just how much "weight..." and make sure you know how to cycle that clen! Are you gonna add T3 or Tiratricol, or any other juice/supplements...? Drop me an e-mail, I entered my last show 2 weeks ago at 150, 3% bodyfat. Watch your carbs too bro. I was in your same shoes about a year ago and it really didn't take too long to drop the fat. Eat lots of egg whites, chicken breasts, and fish and try not to consume any carbs in the later part of your day. | ||

drop your calories by 500 per day and slowly decrease it further as the fat drops. Consume complex carbs and limit your sugar and fat intake. Up the protein.

yes it was an electric one. i dont think i have that much maybe 20% the most the absolute most. im also 6 foot, and been doing SERIOUS training for about a year and a half. as of now im the biggest (muscular) guy in my high school, the biggest guy on the foot ball team doesnt come close. so my goal now is to cut up, show all the girliess the guns god bestoud on me =) and im askin u pro's for some kick ass tips that will help aid my goals. | ||

EAt six meals a day bro. Use a portion method. A portion of protein, carb and veggies at least with two meals a day. Eat every two to three hours apart and train with weights three days a week and do cardio three days alternately, for about 20-40 minutes. You should drop bodyfat significantly in 12 weeks without the need for fatburners or other stuff like that. You could also do three meals and three shakes. That might make it more easier for you since you are in school and all. Peace bro. | ||

If you have 20-25% of bodyfat, you will have to loose maybe 40 pounds to get at 10%. Bye bye strenght, you will get more girls, but your football performance will go down. just my .02 . if your 25%bf your just simply over eating . cut down on the total Kcals , avoid the high fat shit , and the simple carb shit . 80-120 minutes of aerobics a day 7 days a week will fucking leave you looking like an empty sack , youll be burning at least 50% muscle. 3 -4 days of low heart rate ex-bike or walking 50-60 minutes and some good solid basic weight training . I dont know what youve been doing for 3 years , but you might want to have a good personal trainer look over your routines and the way your performing your movements. 3 years and those numbers ( 25%bf @ 215# ) just dont jive right . when you talk about electronic bf testing , i assume your talking about the BIA method ( bioelectric impedence ) not the how tall are you , how much do you weigh so your X% fat bull shit . | ||

Bchemist is right. You keep asking these questions about weight loss and everyone keeps telling you to use diet drugs. Do like he said and get down to about 10% and then throw in the clen. Finally someone agreed with what I was telling you. Your last post, people were telling you to use DNP and I was like "WTF?". Glad someone else sees my way here. ------------------ | ||

Thank you guys for all the great info, with everything i gathered from ur tips i wrote up a great diet/cardo plan. i apreasate you guys spending the time to help me out, now after this diet i can focus on building muscle and not worry to much about body fat. thank you again u dont know how much this helped. ill keep u guys posted with my results. | ||
