I read up on it. I hear from people that it also hardens them. For those that have taken it, can you describe what it did for you. Thanks a lot.

I dont know about hardness but when I took that shit I got side effects that I had never had before. my face chest and back broke out and I could noticeably tell that I was more agressive. for me I know that I need to stay away from that stuff but for you getting some hardness out of it maybe it will work great without the side effects

Took it before fights for agressivness. Never took it prolonged because it has no real muscle building properties. Good for fighters, wrestlers, weightlifters, etc. Are you Shawn from Bears board?? If you are, I saw all the bullshit being posted.

yes halo is good for strength gains, as far as getting harder when taking it your bodyfat has to be low enough in ordre for you to otice a difference, if you are bloated and puffy in the offseason and you go on halo you will not notice a big difference in the apperance of your body, although strength and agressivness will increase..

when I took it, I took 40mg a day. 10mg tabs four times daily. You will see direct effect on the hardness and vascularity of your muscles, but only if you are already in a nice condition. If you are 12% body fat or above forget it. I need have some very nice strength gains, increased aggression, but overall it was too toxic for me. Made my joints hurt like hell, I had cramping and hard bowel movements, headaches. If you do it, never more than 4 weeks. And very easily to develop bitch tits. be careful, it is not worth it in my book. If you want some good hardness and vascularity, I would suggest Test Suspension and Winny V. Both are much better and safer than Halo.

I'm a big halo user and from my experience the hardness you experience could best be described as a constant state of semi-contraction ... it improves muscle tonicity and thus they look "harder". I'm not sure (maybe someone more knowledgeable can correct me on this) but I think that more androgenic steroids do seem to have this property (to induce a state of semi-contraction) because of their effect on the nervous system. However it's less noticeable with test and anadrol because of the water retention.

I also do notice improved vascularity but couldn't explain it or even say for sure that halo was respoisible for this.

BTW, when I say a constant state of partial contraction (or tonicity) do not confuse it with a constant pump. A pump is an accumulation of fluids and by-products of energy production in your muscles while a contraction refers to increasing the tension in your muscles (i.e. flexing your muscles).

It is my opinion that halo can improve the capacity of the nervous system to recruit motor units (which could be one of the reason for the marked increase in strength from taking halo), so it's not too far-fetched to assume that this could affect the state of your muscles while at rest ... i.e. some muscle fibers could be contracted giving more tonus to your muscles.
