I have some questions about using powdered steroids for you veterans and gurus out there. Say you have 5g Winstrol and you mix it with 100 ml water. Dosage is supposed to be 1 ml containing 50 mg of Winstrol. First, is there any risk of contamination or spoilage? Will it make any difference using distilled water? Second, how do you measure out precisely 1 ml? If I'm not mistaken, that's smaller than a quarter tablespoon. Third, how should I dose it? If I took 50 mg ED, wouldn't it be best to divide the dose into halves--one half in the morning, the other in the evenining? If so, we're getting into pretty small measurements. If you have any experience with powders, please let me know how you've used them. Thanks. Doc     | ||

I use a needle to draw up the fluid in measurements.. i believe 1ml=1cc... if im wrong ive been doing that for three weeks.. uh oh.. but anyway.. i take 3/10 of a cc in the morning 4/10 of a cc b4 workout and 3/10 b4 sleep which works out to 1cc a day.. just pump it right into your mouth.. take the tip off and shoot.. | ||

1. A) No B) No 2. You can get a ml increment doser from Wal-mart if you don't have a pin. 3. 3 equal oral dosages throughout the day should be fine | ||

Does the mixture need to be refrigerated? That much Winstrol could last quite a while--two cycles easily. | ||

Last time I used powder winny I used half cc (which is = to one ml) 3 times daily. I used a dart for measuring. It doesnt matter if the water is tap,distilled, purified etc... | ||

Since you are taking it orally it doesn't have to be sterile at all. You can mix it with any type of water, I just used bottled water for mine. Spread it out to 2 but preferably 3 doses per day. And it does not have to be refrigerated but it would be best to keep it in a tightly sealed container so none of the water evaporates, but that should be a no brainer. | ||
