Im not preparing for a competition, but after i finish my bulking phase I wanna lose this extra flab and spare as much muscle as possible. Should i just stick to an eca stack like xenadrine and keep my protein intake high, or should i use clen 2-3 weeks, take 2 weeks off w/ ECA and then repeat. which would spare the most muscle?

First thing...diet. Second thing...cardio. Third thing...decide if you wanna go the natural route (ECA, maybe some Lipokintetics, Tiratricol, etc.) or the juice route (clen, t3, winny, etc.) Then post some questions about your choices, BUT REMEMBER #S 1 AND 2!! Drop me an e-mail, I just got down to 3% for my last show 2 weeks ago...good luck!

I am not in competitions, but am working my ass off to get my six pack showing for school. I am currently off a cycle, and here is my diet.
Breakfast: protien shake
Lunch: Two chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
Snack: fruit
Dinner: 5 skinless chicken breast cutlets with a veggie
After gym: another protien shake

Also doing 1/2 hour to an hour of cardio 6 days a week. Six pack is coming in nicely, not losing any muscle or size. I would be using clen, but trying to save money for school. Hope this helps a little.

Cut your carbs back a great deal!! Notice I didnt say all the way. Dont eat starchy carbs after lunch. E/C/A stack works but so does thermogenics like hydroxycut if you want to stay clean. Increase your protein to about 2-2 1/2 lbs/pound of body weight. You WILL get lean. It worked for me!!

everyone has told me when u use an eca stack you lose alot of strength because it burns alot of the protein u take in as energy and u don't get to use it to build muscle.
