Wondering if anyone can give me suggustions on what to use. I have a high metablism and have been working hard for the last 8 months. So far this year I have gained 15 lbs but starting to slow right down now. I want something with the fewest amount of side effects. Which is better for my sitution, Norbal, Andro Infusion, Chrysin Deluxe, Tribulus Gold, or something else. I am lookin for 15 lb gain in 2 months. Any experince's would help. Thanx! doubt you'll gain 15lbs in 2 months off of anything from GNC. Well, ok.. its possible but it won't be muscle. U can load up on creatine and come close to 15 but it will be all water. Don't bother w/ prohormones u won't see much weight gain.

What do u suggest, I've used creatine before and gained like 10 lbs but it was mostly water weight. I want someting that works, is protein the best way to go and how much a day?

Allright man,you think creatine gains are all water weight, well your right. I say So Fuckin What? take it, and get some whey protein and get about 100-150 grams a day of that. If your not ready to cycle yet, take the creatine too. Do not take prohormones, they suck. The only other supplement I would ever recomend(other than liver aids) is ECA. Good luck, if you have any questions ask em. Oh if you really want 15lbs. hit the ground beef, I eat tons of hamburgers, I've gained 15lbs. over summer naturally, a little fat too though. ------------------

If you're not gonna juice (this isn't a flame, 'cause I'm all natural to this point, although I'm gonna start my first cycle in a month...), just eat, eat, eat, lots of meat, whole wheat pastas/breads, fruit, and veggies!! Just supplement with some protein, maybe drink some MRPs for convenience, take some extra BCAAs, and the creatine/glutamine combo, too. Drop me an e-mail, I'll try to help out if I can. Good luck! ------------------

Stay away from creatine.....it will cramp you up. Eat a ton of protein and other quality foods(veggies, fruit, oatmeal, etc.) Bubba

it cramps SOME people. I've never had cramping problems on creatine. Some also say it gives em the craps, i've also never experienced that on creatine. So, give it a shot and see for yourself.

Oops, I totally forgot about glutamine, if your hitting it natural or coming off a cycle, glutamine can be worth it's weight in gold, hit the glutamine especially heavy after leg day and back day(my back day is brutal, i'm really proud of it, makes me sore for four days) ------------------

if you cramp up on creatine its because your not drinking enuff water,i drink like 3-4 litres a day when im on it ------------------

I'm wondering what the advantages of GLUTEMINE are? , and what is it? How much, for how long? It seems like my metablism is burning as much food as I can eat! Thanx.

glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in your body. All I know is that a lot of guys like to take 10 grams after chest, back, and leg days, from what i hear it really boosts recovery, bit time. Good luck. ------------------ |
