20 winny 50mg
and about 230 d-bol

I don't know where to put in the winny, I havent got that much, but if I put it in at the end, will it help me cut up? or will it do anything at all with the amount I have?
I'm going to get some Nolvadex before I start as well.
Im thinking on taking proviron during this cycle as well, is it a good idea?? or a waste of money?

This is my 2nd cycle the first was deca200,test250 a week

Im about 200lb fat%: don't know..but you can see the 6 pak..hehe

I would like to gain 22lb, can it be done with this cycle...
Im going to eat 200 grams of protein a day
how many calories should I consume?
I've done a litte d-bol before, without clomid (I know bad idea), and my litte friend died big time, will the clomid keep it alive?
Any adwise would be great..

100mg of primo will not do much for you. You should save the primo for your last 5 weeks and take 200mg per week. Winny will help harden you up, but it is harsh on your liver. It sounds like you have more than enough winny to inject 50mg eod for 4 weeks, and that is what I suggest doing. At the doses you plan on taking the clomid should be enough to keep you "normal".

It's hard to say bro. Depending on what you eat, my guess would be somewhere between 10-20lbs of fat and muscle.

200 grams of protein? Do you mean at least? Aim for 400 grams a day. I'm also 200 pounds and do real well with 4000 calories a day on cycle.

Okay, I can see Im going to get me some weightgainer big time...but it's about 100$
for 10lb over here...protein-power is more ekspensive..
