I used to be a little heavy when I was younger and now I have "fat man chest" while the rest of my body is relatively lean. How to rid myself of this?     | ||

What exactlly is a "fat man's chest"?? Im assuming you have unwanted adipos accumulation over the pectoral that you would like to get rid of? ------------------  | ||

If it is fat you can't target fat removal. DIET is the key. ------------------ | ||

Sorry to use slang terms, but yes it a small collect of adipose that is around the areola, It will normal tighting up when the the nipple becomes errect. Is my only resort to just get shreded? Best to go natural, or maybe mix in some |
