Well, Im just past the 2 weeks mark (no orals at all). All in all Ive reduced bodyfat and gained 15lbs... not good, but for about 4 or 5 days my calorie levels were way too low. I had some family emergencies and such that kind of threw a wrench in the works and slowed me up. Im seriously considering Just starting cutting Monday and mabye taking the cycle out past the 4 week point.
I believe that 4 weeks on and 4 weeks off has some benefits, but Im not sure if I'll be able to keep calories up and keep everything going with it to see what kind of gains Id get.
So, I may just scrap the bulking and get real cut and go from there... kinda evaluate the package and decide what to do at that point.
My next experiment is this...
Ive never been afraid to put on fat to bulk (Im no Lee Priest, but you get my point), but Im going to try and bulk without putting on more than a couple pounds of fat at a time.
I dont know, Im just kind of let down by the fuck up in calories... I should cut myself some slack, though. I broke 260lbs again, so thats good, and Ive had some nice strength increases across the board, so hell, I guess I did ok.

Monster, despite the high doses, don't you think the sust has yet to fully kick in? Your gains may not be over bro.

Yeah and keep in mind that if you do a 4 on/4 off cycle that the sust will be in you for a while so you really won't be off for a full 4 weeks. But 15 lbs and reduced BF sounds great. Keep us posted.

If I remember his cycle corectly, I think Monster is taking that into consideration. I think he hit the Sust hard daily for two weeks only
(or less) and took into consideration the taper period. I think he went ten or eleven days sust or something like that.

Oh yeah, I think I remember the cycle now. Nevermind, keep us posted. I am getting more and more curious about these short cycles and their outcome.

Yeah, it was 10 days sust, 10 days deca, 10 days prop.
Im just getting this urge to get really cut... I dont know why but its nagging away at me, I'll keep eating for size sunday and decide what I'll do.

Monster, stick to your plan bro. Two days fucked up out of thirty isn't bad. 15 lbs in two weeks is good, you could easily get 10 more if you focus.
