Yeah, there's always some mystery guy, who you've never heard of, and never comes up on a handle search, who wants a source. I used to fuck with them a little bit or even better, don't even respond. Another technique is to tell them to get hushmail or PGP, for some reason this scares them off everytime. | ||

I noticed that as my status (number of posts) increases, I get more and more requests for sources from guys I never heard of. Nine times out of ten I won't answer their e-mail unless they can prove to me that they have indeed been hanging around for awhile. Like Maverick said jokingly awhile back: "Do we get a secret source list when we hit a certain number of posts?" Apparently some guys who are on this board must seriously think that is the case. Obtaining gear gets no easier whether you have 100 posts or 1000. | ||
