Once again the USPS fucks up. Someone sent me an overnight package yesterday morning and it still isn't here. What's even worse is that we live in the same fucking state. Does anyone know what to do, or who to complain to to really start some shit within the post office? Is there a govt agency to complain to, like the Inspector General? ------------------     | ||

You're pretty pissed so I didn't want to tell you this but the Postmaster at the post office you sent it from is about as high as you can go that will actually net a result. I always ask to speak to him. His name is on the post office you sent it from. | ||

Granted the USPS is not the speedies thing in the world, but it is what we have to depend on to get things done. FEDEX and UPS all are starting to require autographas on the little piece of paper. I don'tknow my UPS or FEDEX person that well but as far as my postman. I get packages everyday that require a autographs (Computer equiptment, and other goods) and he just leaves them on my door. Be nice to them people carrying your goods and they will be nice to you. But you can take it up with the Postmaster Genreal about your package. To tell you the truth I still got a confirmation number here that says it never reached it destination. When I know it did. Granted they are not the best but we need them. | ||

aahepp, so what you are telling me is that if you're nice to your post man you can get him to not do his job correctly? That's what you are telling me when you say he just leaves shit at your door when he was suppose to get a signature! Most parcels which require a signature do so because the parcel has some worth, which means that your post man just left something potentially expensive and of great value to you at your door for anyone to come and grab. All you did, bro, was add fuel to the fire!!!!!!! ------------------ | ||

You must complain to your local post office first. If you do not get satisfaction from them, then you can contact your District Consumer Affairs Office and file an official complaint. No, I am not a postal employee. | ||
