Hi everyone. This is my 1st post however i have been reading AND LEARNING for 2 months now. Now my question is this: As you can tell from my handle i am a proffesional MALE dancer. As of right now all my cardio comes from my swing and ballroom dancing with other men that i train for dancing competitions. I feel really pooped after a 2 -3 hour lesson therefore i really dont do much more cardio. I havent done a cycle yet however i will be in the near future. Thanks for any input. BTW my dance lessons are 4-5 times a week. dancing queen | ||

Dancing 2-3 hours 5 times a week is plenty of cardio. Hit the weights. | ||

OK y'all--GROW THE F*CK UP!! Yes, that seems like more than enough cardio...post some stats like your height/weight/bodyfat, etc., it helps when giving advice. But I gotta agree, if you're gonna hit the juice, with that much cardio, you better hit the weights REAL HEAVY/INTENSE, and EAT LIKE A MAD MAN!! Lots of meat, and hell, with that many calories gettin' burned off dancing, lots of friggin' carbs! Good luck, post the proposed cycle when you've got it!
