Can you train your chest well still having muscle pain in your bi's. I know the bi's are a little involved during chest-sessions but is it too much so that my bi's don't get enough rest?

Of course you can. Your bi's get very minimal work during chest if at all.

Except maybe adding plates.

YEAH YOU ARE USING YOUR ARMS DURING WHAT EVER CHEST WORK OUTS YOU ARE DOING BUT SLIGHTLY. I KNOW WHEN I DO BENCH PRESES MY BI'S AND TRI'S GET A PUMP
