Hi bros!

Well, I just finished the 4th week of my Deca/Primo Cycle. Quick recap:

Me (pre): 6'3" tall, 230 lbs, about 12% fat

Cycle

Wk 1 : 300 mg Deca, 400 mg Primo
Wk 2 : 300 mg Deca, 400 mg Primo
Wk 3 : 400 mg Deca, 400 mg Primo
Wk 4 : 400 mg Deca, 400 mg Primo
Wk 5 : 300 mg Deca, 400 mg Primo, 50 mg Winny EOD
Wk 6 : 300 mg Deca, 200 mg Primo, 50 mg Winny EOD
Wk 7 : 100 mg Winny EOD
Wk 8 : 100 mg Winny EOD

Of course, clomid EOD and at the end.

Me (Today): 6'3" tall (still), 248 lbs, fat ratio unknown.

It looks pretty impressive that I've gained 18 pounds in 4 weeks, but previous to this cycle, I was eating low (almost zero) carb, and now I'm on a more 'conventional' diet (for gaining) with more complex carbs. I'm guessing that a good amount (7 or 8 pounds?) is water that came back when I started eating carbs again.

I didn't measure my BF (I won't do it until post-cycle), but my GF says she can now see the outlines of my ab muscles (which I guess means she couldn't before?) but I've been 'measuring' by my pants and belt (which haven't changed in size either way...) People are telling me I look bigger (guess I do...)

As for strength, I'm lots stronger. Last week, I benched my bodyweight + 50 pounds for 4 good reps (help on #5). Last night, I hit 6 clean reps and stopped. I added another 40 pounds and did one clean rep for a new personal best!!! I know 90 pounds over your bodyweight isn't a 'lot' for some of you, but I'm a tall guy with gorilla arms and it's a long way to push. Just the way I'm built.

Nevertheless, I'm pleased with the results so far (and hoping for continuing results) and all the help I'm getting from the bros here (and hope to someday give back...)

Any hints are (of course) appreciated! Thanks bros, I'll keep you all posted... Starting the Winny this week!!

HHH, I'm assuming you are asking about my workout routines? I'm doing martial arts 5 days/week and weight training 4 days week.

After 3 years, I've started squatting again (had 2 knee ligaments replaced in the left knee... finally stopped hurting) and working my way back up. It's great to squat so hard you limp the next day!!

As for knowing my stuff... Not really. I've been very lucky to get help from a lot of the bros here. 2 in particular were very helpful. 1 designed the cycle for me (for my own needs) and one walked me through the first injection (which I thought I'd never do being deathly afraid of needles...).

See ya!

Oh, yeah, I know, I'm just jealous and I'm a crabby old shit. But WTF is the point of all these "cycle progress" threads? Hormonally you're in flux, your training is changing, diet has been boosted, etc., etc..

I mean, talk about an unreliable quantity, gimme a lifter's bodyweight when he's in the middle of a cycle of gear! These threads just get the newbies drooling all over their keyboards, and fuels their foolish urgency. Then we wonder why there are kids on this board, or why we have newbies asking for a source post. I mean, what's the point? Post your gains after you finish your cycle and have recovered. <RANT, RANT, RANT>

Sorry, Iceman, I don't mean to flame you, bro, but I've seen too many of these threads lately.

It's OK.

I'm just hoping other people could possibly have suggestions on what to do, etc... Look for my "Post Cycle Gains" coming in 4 weeks... You can ignore anything else...

Hey, tbigg: Why is it that the guys on the board who write these really angry posts never can take the time to hit the CAP key, to punctuate their sentences, or to insert a space at the beginning of their sentences. It's like you can't slow down enough to bother to use language properly. I just see that over and over again. Why is that? Are you all the same guy, or what?

Iceman and me were keeping it friendly. What's your problem, man?

Just for you I will type correct. The point im trying to make is that if your going to flame the progress of somebodys cycle keep it to yourself. Nobody wants to hear negative criticism about their gains, especially if they are good gains. Sorry if I offended you but that is how I felt about you flaming iceman on his PROGRESS.

Im sorry but what I ment was for you to flame him at all. He posted his progress for people to see what the world of AS use can do. If newbies see this that is fine. We were all newbies at one time and posted stupid shit but to flame him on this is pointless. If your upset that someone is gaining weight and your old wrinkly ass cant shut up and congratulate him. Flame the dumbasses that are source posting and I will respect you. Until then, dont flame someone who wants to share what they have accomplished.

tbigg:

Thanks for the more civil tone ("old wrinkly ass"?!?!)

Two points: As I said, Iceman and I were keeping things friendly. He seemed to be able to relate to my point. Why do you have to butt in?

Second, I wasn't knocking his gains. Read my post, man. I was saying that I think his gains are unreliable (would you seriously challenge that?), and that I don't think threads like this serve newbies well. Now, that's my opinion, dammit!

You have a different one, fine! But don't call me a shit, or a wrinkly old ass. You don't know me, bro. You don't know anything about me.

Hope you and me can learn to get along, bro. If not, it's on you.

You are doing a great job. Stay disciplined and let us know how things continue. That's probably not typical water retention but rather yuor muscle glycogen stores probably getting back to normal (water in the muscle rather that under the skin)from stopping your diet. This happens to me as well and is a good thing to have going. I don't see much water retention occuring in this cycle. Good luck and get ready for some hardness to kick in with that winny.

Hey bjaarki I sense some anger in you. The point im trying to make is that 4 weeks is ample time to put on some quality gains. Im sure that some of it is water and you are right in the sense that it is still early, but to make my point I have had incredible gains on 5 and 6 week cycles. Also I would like to appologize for the name calling but I was angered at the flame. Hey if the you dont know me part is a threat its not working. Makes you sound like a "telephone tough guy".haha

Thanks for posting your progress. While others do not appreciate it I am doing a cycle very close to yours. I am glad that someone else isn't trying Sust with Deca because all I hear form others is that I am stupid for not trying it along with the Deca/D-Bol cycle. Tell that MF'er off...

Guys, geez. First of all, thanks for the interest! Seems some people are interested so I'll continue posting weekly (sorry Bjaarki). However, Bjaarki was right in that we were keeping it friendly. He was nice enough that I took it as a suggestion, not a flame. Heck, he even apologized in the same thread!

I took his suggestion and then offered that he keep an eye out for my post-cycle gains (which he is more interested in) and ignore the rest. I kind of believe that people posting things like this helped me, so I wanted to do it.

Let's remember bros, we're all in this together!! Off to the gym to get some more gains!

Iceman, I think that's great.

Just don't overdo it, okay? It's cool to lift heavy and all, but if you overtrain your tendons and ligaments are going to be screaming at you post-cycle.

Please keep us posted.

iceman,

First, congrats on your progress. Second, cycle updates are valuable for the masses regardless of what stage you are at. Lastly, some of us (myself as an example) are specifically interested in updates re: a Deca/Primo cycle. The type of information shared in your original post can/will help us make informed decisions.

Keep it coming bro!

Later,
