Just hit week 2 in my 8 week T200/Deca cycle. I've been taking in 350-400g's of protein a day while eatting very clean. Hell, with what I eat it looks like I'm on a diet ;-) Anyways, took my 2nd T200 & Deca shots on Wednesday. I look at myself in the mirror everyday so it's extremely hard to notice differences. I weighed myself Thursday afternoon. Scale read 198, up from 182 the day after my cycle began last week. I figured it was due to me having a full stomach. So I weigh myself this morning and the scale still reads 198 :-) I know some, if not most, of it is water retention (although it's not noticeable as I'm taking Creatine to keep the retention under the muscle and not under the skin), but still, I'm very happy with my progress. 6.5 weeks to go...I'll keep you all posted. Hey bro congrats man it sounds like you are doing really well already. How many mg of each are you taking? I am about the same size as you (about 194#s)and am doing the T-200 @ 600mg/week 1.5cc on Mon. and 1.5cc on Fri. Also doing the Nor 200 @ 400mg/week. Keep up the progress bro!! C | ||

Hello Pimp, the cycle looks like this... Week T200 Deca The Deca is Big A's 50mg Alfasan. Only problem is I'm starting to fill up quickly- one shake in the AM and I feel stuffed...gonna have to start forcing the food down. | ||

I see a small problem, or maybe its just the fact that I don't understand why your doing it. Why the nolv. if your using clomid? You are hurting your gains with the nolv. I use clomid EOD also, but I keep nolv. on hand just in case. | ||

Yes Rotten, a few people have told me to keep off of the Nolvadex, but I am prone to gyno- through puberty, etc- so I'm taking it to prevent a disaster. | ||

Same Here Mr.H. However, your gains are only hurt by the Nolvadex due to the strogen blocking effect. you see no Strogen = No water retention. but you are doing the right thing to use the Creatine to make up for that water retention. Smart (I wonder who suggested that you do that, wink wink) | ||

Mr H: Don't mean to rain on your parade, bro, but a lot of what you've gained is gonna be pissed away (literally) as soon as you finish your cycle. Just how fast do you think the human body synthesizes muscle tissue, anyway? Why not finish your cycle, recover for a few weeks, then post your gains, when we know how much you're likely to keep? Again, this is not a flame, but I'd hate to see newbies develop unrealistic expectations as a result of reading posts like yours. Just my $.02, from a crabby "old guy." I understand that Bjaa. First few weeks all I'm really expecting is water retention (and over aggressiveness towards slow walkers and drivers who are in front of me, grrr). Right now I'm just happy knowing my gear is legit | ||

Breakfast (8:30): 3 packets of Oatmeal (10:30): Protein Shake (12:30): 3 cans of tuna (2:30): Protein Bar Lunch (4:30): foot long subway hero (6:30):Protein Shake ...go to gym... (8:30):Protein Shake Dinner (10:30): 25 Chicken Nuggets (Wendy's, the one fattening meal of my day, but hey, ya cant beat the 75G of protein for $5!) (12:30):Protein Shake The shakes are the Mass Quantities Triple Threats cuz the chocolate is damn good and at 60G per, ya cant go wrong. My late night shake is a regular 24g shake. Water throughout the day and 1.5 cups of milk per shake. Thats basically what I've been eatting since starting my cycle. Dinner changes, but its always a high protein meal, either chicken or steak. The tuna is sometimes substituted for with a protein bar. | ||
