if you take winny V orally at 25mg at 8 am and 25mg at 4pm every other day,will you get better absorbstion if you put it in a capsule or just squirt it in your mouth? I heard it was better to refrigerate it? ------------------     | ||

keep it in a cool place.. not necessary to refrigerate... I squirt mine. |
