I've been on Naposim now for about 3 1/2 weeks. I've gained almost 15lbs, but I don't notice ANY water retention. I get a much better pump and I am alot stronger, but I don't look bloated at all. Does this mean I won't crash as hard at the end since Im not holding alot of water? I'm going to start my clen next week. | ||

if you've put on 15lbs of muscle in 3.5 weeks, you'll crash. that's where all your water has gone, to the muscles. | ||

Gee...that was a great reply. Excuse me for giving so good info here. Muscular engorgment, is what you want to happen ! How anyone can say that it is total water retention is stupidity. AS usage causes you muscles to hold more water, protein, oxygen...etc....this is how you grow. True water retention is when you have an abundance of water or fluid between the skin and muscles, hence the terms smooth and or puffy. If you have gained 15 lbs on naps, chances are you will loose some of that but it all depends on how you come off and how your body reacts. If its only been 3 wks, your body has probably not had the chance to over sompensate yet. YOur up coming clen cycle will help you shed some fat and water weight. I wouldn't be overly concerned with total weight loss, but instead bf% before and after these cycles. BPP |
