"Where's my post" This board, because of the number of post made every day, can only hold about 3 days worth of posts. If you made a post a couple of days ago and no one responded recently it most likely got dropped because the shit was full. ------------------     | ||

I do not agree with that either.I fully understand that if the post is inactive or has innapropriate material then yes,it's time to let it go.But recently,I've noticed several active,highly informative posts get deleted and that is really frustrating.People could be learning from those types of posts,especially if they are actively being contributed to.It's a shame that a few of these posts have been deleted so quickly. | ||

For a post to get deleted it must contain source info or racism or something like that. If your post get deleted it was because of that. AND, I knew that there would be people saying "I just replied to my own post a few hours ago". I knew this before you even posted it and you know what, I'm not sure what to tell you on that except what I've already said about posts getting deleted. ------------------ | ||

Yes I know in this one instance you are talking about Jeff,there was absolutely no logical explanation why that post was removed.There were no such occurences as listed above.A little frustrating. | ||

Jeff_rys, I mentioned this same thing earlier in the week. There are some posts that disappear seemingly without reason. I have seen perfectly harmless posts deleted right while I'm posting to them. Bang they're gone. [This message has been edited by ulter (edited August 26, 2000).] | ||

I agree, there is definately something up, whether a hacker of a bug in the board, or possibly a mod abusing his/her power(not accusing just saying those are the three things that could be up)....I had made a post regarding insulin, explain its role in metabolism and explaining how to use different types of insuling, later in the day I cam back, it was gone, search for awhile onthe engine and couldn't even find it....it weird to see all these legit posts dissapearing... big-guy | ||
