Could someone please give me some sample diets that you guys are on. I am about 6 foot 180 and have a very fast metabolism. I would like to put on approx 15 pounds. I eat like a horse, but my content is not that good.

ID IMAGINE YOU EAT ABOUT 2500 -3500 CALORIES A DAY RIGHT..? WELL JUST UP THE CALORIES AND KEEP YOUR DIET FULL OF CALORIE DENSE "CLEAN" FOODS. STICK THE CALORIES UP AROUND 6-6500 YOU MIGHT HAVE TO FORCE FEED YOUR SELF.ALSO..USE ALOT OF RED MEAT AS YOUR PROTIEN SOURCE

Atleast 2g's of protein per pound of bodyweight and at least 6 meals a day counting shakes. Mine average day might look like this on a cycle.

7.am Wakeup
8.am 1 cup of oats with 40g's protein powder mixed in.

9.30 2 peices of fruit and carb drink

10.am go to gym

11 .30am protien shake 40g's

12.30 2 chicken breasts and a cup of rice , maybe some vegies

3.00 pm protein shake

6.00 pm same as lunch (12.30)

9.00 pm protein slice

10.00 pm bed time.
