make up one, and give correct on e-mail. Even so, give correct address, but misspell your name a little. ------------------

My take on this is this: Whatever name you use on the MoneyGram transfer, email the recipient the EXACT Sender's Name, City, and Tranfer Number. That is, the precise information on the MoneyGram (or WU) form. Some countries, such as the one in which I live, require all information to be precise when filling out the receipt form. Otherwise, no funds. That simple. And fuck the test question; not necessary. Dexter ------------------

I was wondering the same thing. Can you get in trouble for not using a real address and name when sending a money-gram?

With Moneygram and Western Union both use the test question and give the name and address you put down for your self and the person your sending to name and address. Makes things easier. You cant get in trouble. Slopain

I wouldn't say that you couldn't get in trouble. It could definitely be used as evidence against you in the overall scheme of things. The Federal government, which is who you are dealing with on this issue, in order to close a ton of loopholes that suspects were using to get out of criminal activity, mostly drug related, can charge you with the crime of "conspiracy". This basically encompasses anything you did, might have done, could've done, will do, had the oppurtunity to do, etc. in the commission of a Federal crime. It is absolutely ridiculous and is definitely big brother. This is how they get the John Gotti's of the world. It permits them to have less than incontrovertible evidence and it is sick. So you most definitely could get in trouble if it is "more than likely" that you did this in the commission of a crime, or to conceal a crime or basically anything else that involves you in the crime or the "conspiracy". Note: more than likely is the rule here, instead of without doubt, as is the norm in criminal case.
