Ok. I have learned a lot from you guys, thanks. I�m going to do my first cicle soon, but I still can�t see to much diference for a newbe between sustanon and deca. Which would you recomend me to take on a 6-8 week cicle? I definitely don�t want to retain to much water. Thanks     | ||

You will hold more water with sus than the deca as it is alot more androgenic (and aromitizes at a higher rate)and this is what causes the water retention. You should combine the two and you will make great gains. If you add your clomid EOD and keep your dosages moderate then you shouldn't hold toomuch water at all. I've done 500mg sus with 400mg of EQ in the past and had very little water retention. Just drink a lot of water and you wil be fine. | ||

Gamer: Do you realy think that I need clomid for a first moderate cicle?? Will my natural testosterone level drop for, lets say, a 250-500mg sust/week for 8 weeks??? Thanks | ||

The administration of testosterone with respect to the volumn injected on average bares little significance to the cessation of endogenous testosterone function. 250mg-1.5G your nuts are going to shut down. Cormelius, twisted is right on the money. If you are using steroids (other than maybe low doses of anavar, primo)you will have a need for clomid. it keeps your production going all through your cycle. doesn't matterifit's you first or fifth, if your using test then you should include the clomid. If not you will inevitably crash at the end and lose much of what you gained. | ||

I used both for my first cycle. 500mg suswk 1-7 wk 8 250 and 300mg decca wk 1-7 wk8 200. If you have any questions feel free to email me. I used clomed eod and 3 wks after.
