Some people also think that glutamine will do that, but there is not much in terms of scientific research that backs it up. I'll bump it back up to see what other think. ------------------ UP-TO-DATE information on STEROIDS and PERFORMANCE ENHANCING DRUGS:

Probably no harm in trying (other than loss of money). Besides the lack of rigorous research, there is even less research done in women. GHB can cause a large rise in GH in men for instance, but has no effect on women's GH levels. Whatever you try, make sure it's on a completely empty stomach. And don't expect much in the way of visible results. It might make you sleep better.

GHB has been proven in a peer evaluated double blind study to increase secretion of GH by 16 fold. A combination of Arginine/Ornithine and GHB on an empty stomach before sleeping has been successful in increasing lean body mass.

Yeah Phreaky, in men. DA BOMB is a chick, and when they finally bothered to test GHB on chicks they found it didn't do jack to their GH levels. I guess men and women are different?

so then what would you recommend for a woman? how much GH could one release by using supplements? how much better are GH injections than trying to supplement for your own secretion?

Personally DA BOMB I think that most of these so called natural GH releasers are a load of expensive crap. There is a way of increasing your GH naturally, but it takes a lot of guts. In an old issue of muscle & fitness I remember reading that the total body workout can increases your GH levels far more than if you train just one bodypart per workout. I did this when I first started training and lost inches off my waist in weeks without doing any aerobics. |
