Sorry bro, I just lost my grandfather last week(not to suicide but to a doctors mistake).I miss him so much and im still in shock that hes not here with me... Alost is a lost no matter how they go.My prayers are out to you and his family... Tony   | ||

there is no way to understand what he felt , how alone or depressed he was to make him do something like this. i had a friend do this to me also, and you'll never know why. don't beat yourself up about it. be strong and always think of the good not the bad times. my deepest regrets to you and yours bro! ------------------ | ||

sorry to hear it dude.But why would want to beat some one up because they speculated about his A.S use? Are you absolutly sure that it didn't have any thing to do with it? Unless you are,i would suggest not beating any one up | ||

Ok .. all first off I would like to personally thank the Elite Fitness board and all its fellow members and brothers... This board unites in a way which only we can under stand.... My friend was laid to rest today .. I will not forget the sight of our friends weeping.. uncontrolably .. and well we still try to piece together what went wrong.. or why he did it.. I have learned that you can spend every day with a person and not know what they are truly thinking .. Some friends do confide in others and express themselves.. Others keep it inside.. and try to deal with what ever the problem. is which in the long run will wear you down.... So I ask every one here to be there for one another and not to take for granted what life means or how precious it is cause when its gone that its its over everything stops .. No more bills.. no more going out.. no more phone calls beepers.. It ALL ENDs... I pettion to anyone out there they may be in need of talkign to someone.. who may have a situation and dont knwo what to do ..reach out and get it off your mind... It will only eat you up inside if you keep it in.. And if anyone at all needs a peron to confide in feel free to E-mail me.. Shit I will even give you my phone # to talk with.. A life can not be replaced and we only have the memories to cherish....... So to my boy and friend "Mike" you are in Gods hands now a hell of a better place then here.. And now you have the best spotters in the world to help you get that 1 rep of 405 .. which you wanted.. May God's angles spot you that rep until I get there.. brother You are in my prayers... And I ask the mods.. to please close this thread as .. a new chapter begins for this is not a closed thread but a beginning of understanding..... And to William .. FIRST OFF I WILL NOT WASTE TIME REPLYING TO YOUR IDIOTIC POST you come in here with 2 posts and attempt to relate to a suituation you KNOW NOTHING ABOUT ... Once again..
