I know it's common sense. I already stocked up on tuna and eggs. But i'll get tired of them soon enough, I need protein packed foods, maybe even tasty perhaps. But after two days at the local community college, I realised I'm in big trouble if I don't straigten the diet around real quick. I had one day where I swear I was under 100 grams of protein, that hasn't happened in at least three years, it was a bummer. So give me your recipes bros, and remember I do not have access to a microwave, otherwise I'd just heat up hamburgers every day, home cooked leen hamburgers that is. thanks

If you don't have one already, invest in a george forman grill. Works great for chicken breasts, hamburgers, turkeyburgers, you name it. Also you might need to invest in some MRP's and protein bars to take to class with you.

In my school there are no hotplates, toaster ovens, or forman grills allowed. There is no where to cook and the cafeteria has only a couple stands none serving anything with high protien. Better keep that blender in good working condition 24/7!

Thumbs up on the foreman grill.

Also, if your in a bind, and need to opt for fast food, Wendys is 1st choice in my book. I often get 2 grilled chickens, plain baked potatoe, and a side salad.

Subs are also good. Just make sure you get the grilled chicken or the turkey breast, and avoid the cheese and condiments unless your lookin to bulk up.

Good lick bro,

looks like you might have to tool-time your grill so you can plug it in to your ashtray
in your car if you cant use it in the dorm.J/k

Plan sh*t out, cook in advance...I'm at Texas A&M, where are you?? Eat some Balance Bars, Power Bar Protein Plus, even some Solid Protein Bars. Deli lunch meat's OK, and some lean sausages and other meats...dried fruit, stuff like nuts, etc., too. Drop me an e-mail, I'll try to help out if I can...
