You can get them at most health food stores. Squirt the desired amount into 1/2 a empty capsul, put it together with the other half. Usually doesn't last long so do it right before you take it | ||

under the tongue, always. i leave it there for about a minute. it burns a bit but its cool. then just wash it down with a little agua. if the taste is too much for some, cranberry juice completely wipes out the taste. i prefer the taste though, its the taste of victory. hehe. | ||

Don't put it under the tounge. Steroids are not water soulable. To pass into the blood system via the small vessils under the tounge, the substance must pass through the phospholipid bylayer of the vessel. This means that it must be watersaluable. Steroids are fat soluable. | ||
