When is the best time to aerobics? Before or after a workout. I am pressed for time, so doing two a days is impossible. I have good mass built now after a cycle, but I want to shed a little of the fat that came with it. Thanks for the help. | ||

THE BEST TIME TO DO AEROBICS IS FIRST THING IN THE MORNING ON AN EMPTY STOMACH. IF THAT IS NOT POSSIBLE THE NEXT BEST TIME IS AFTER YOUR WORKOUT, BECAUSE YOUR BODY IS DEPLETED OF CARBOHYDRATES AND ALL YOU SHOULD BE BURNING IS FAT. PLUS YOU NEED THE CARBS DURING YOUR WEIGHT TRAINING. | ||

I agree w/ Big Boy. First thing in the morning w/ an empty stomach, or after your workout. DON'T do it before your workout cuz u will probably be weaker w/ the weights. ------------------ |
