Do it right, have a competant trainer do it or some Universities can do them just call and ask. You can buy a small hand held caliper that will give you a rough idea but your better off getting the full work up, its far more accurate. | ||

I usually find mine right after the holidays that are quickly approaching lol! Most gyms test for it and some for free, so start there. Slopain |
