I dieted hard for 4 weeks and went to the Bahamas super lean wieghing 186 lbs. I drank every night and stuffed my face every day with fries, pastries, pancakes, ect. I only trained once while I was down there. I came back wieghing 202 lbs. I almost wanted to cry. I feel like a fat fuck. People are telling me I look huge, but I know it's just fat and water. I know most of it is probably water wieght (I HOPE), but never-the-less I want to get back to 186 lbs FAST. I want to do it as fast as I possibly can...any suggestions bros? � I'm going to start double cardio sessions and sitting in the suna after words.
