It could mean that you have gyno. Do have Nolvadex on hand? You may want to consider taking it. | ||

Sore nipples are the initial sign of gyno. Watch it and if they are truly sore then you need to start nolvadex right away. Don't wait too long gyno is not worth it. | ||

Check for swelling/lumps underneath the nipples.If you have either then yes,I would say it's time for the nolvadex....... | ||

Start nolva at 40mgs daily until soreness subsides,then use 20 mgs/daily for the rest of the cycle. | ||

Huck's right on man. Unless you have a serious predisposition to gyno then the nolvadex should definitely stop it in its tracks. Watch a rebound when you come off as the nolvadex only blocks the estrogen receptor but doesn't eliminate the estrogen from your system like proviron and arimidex. | ||

Your nips are gonna be sore the whole cycle. Just because your nips get sore does not mean you are getting gyno. I would look for swelling around the nipple. Take Nolva/proviron/clomid eod throughout cycle, then ed post cycle for at least 4 weeks. Mine have always been sore and I am far from having any gyno. chesty ------------------ | ||

you know what is crazy is that when I was like 18 i had sore nips and a lump under each one. I went to the doctor and I think it was gyno (can't remember what he called it), any way he said it was natural for teens to get it sometimes from hormones. He said either come into the office again and he could remove the lumps or my body would disolve it anyway on its own. I waited it out and they went away. I have been on cycles since and had no problems. What I am wondering is if it was gyno then why did it go away but the gyno from roids won't? | ||

i have NO swelling in the nipples.....they are just a little sore. when i hug someone....i can definitly feel it. i just dont want to catch the gyno to late. i asked a friend who has been doing juice for about 7 years. his nipples are sore too....but he does NOT have gyno and he DOES NOT use nolvadex. he said not to worry....i want to be safe rather than sorry. ------------------ | ||

how can i prevent this from happening again? i am planning on stopping the juice for 2 months.....when i start up again, are there any precations i should take so that this doesnt happen to me. is nolvadex the answer? ------------------ | ||

Son, They are gonna hurt for the most part every cycle. You can take the Nolv/proviron/clomid eod during and ed after. chesty ------------------ | ||
