hey bros, what is everyone's favorite protein powder, or better yet, what do you hate? What is the opinion of Lee Labrada's Lean Body Meal Replacements?     | ||

Lean Body MRPs taste like ass compared to Myoplex...I don't buy anything EAS except for their Myoplex (Meal Replacement) and Simply Protein (Whey protein powder)... Both taste great. I mix one Myoplex with 80 grams of protein and drink one throughout the day and one after my workout over the course of three hours. The EAS Simply Protein is cheap...$30.00 for 5 lb can. By the way, I don't buy ANYTHING else made by EAS. ------------------ | ||

I like Labrada's Pro-V 60, and Optimum's Pro Complex for taste/cost...and yes, I agree, Myoplex Plus Deluxe is the only product from EAS that I'll buy, that sh*t's too damn expensive for what you get!! Do you eat protein bars, too...'cause I think the SOLID PROTEIN ones by Nature's Best are the best damn tasting ones on the market, and very low in sugar...my 2 cents... ------------------  | ||

AJC...I use the EAS Simply Protein as well. Just wish it was more concentrated. For MRP's, I really like Met-RX chocolate. | ||

I use Isopure 50 grams of protien for 2 scoops... And is nice and light doesnt make you feel bloated...... ------------------ | ||

i recently started using prolab nlarge2, it tastes great but it is fuckin useless. isopure also makes some good mrps, i definately want to get some good protein bars, i always liked steel bars. i think i'm going to get some methoxy pro from cytodyne, anyone tried this yet? ------------------ | ||

I've been thru every protein powder. Now I use Pro Performance 100% Whey, on Super Tues I can get 12 lbs for $60. Can't beat the price. | ||

Optimum Nutrion. Chocolate: mixes easy, taste good. Strawberry: Mixes easy, makes good smoothies. Both taste good with water or skim milk. Vanila doesn't mix very well and it doesn't taste that good either. ------------------ | ||

For pure whey, BioCHem Utimate Protein is the best. No fat, no added sweetners, microcross filtrated. Taste isn't so sweet, but 200 calories, 40 grams whey. For mixed protein mixes, Labrada or MET-RX-Extreme Chocolate. ------------------ | ||

Promax by SportsPharma� (choclate flavor) is the shit. It tastes like a carval ice cream shake. It only has 2-5 grams of carbs, 1 gram of fat, and 50 grams of protien. | ||
