I used to lift a lot in high school. But in college I blew out my right knee. The surgeon I used screwed it up even worse. I've never had full motion (about 85 degrees) since then and my right leg is a lot weaker than my left. Favoring my injured leg has caused problems in my left. Surgery has fixed my left knee (except for the pain). I'm 42 now and after 20 years of my right knee letting me down I decided to see another surgeon. He told me replacement was the only solution.
I had been afraid to really work out the knee for all these years because, other than the fact that it hurt like hell, I didn't want to do any permanent damage. (I guess I know better now.) Anyway, after the doctors gave me the bad news I decided to start working the leg again. This time I found a local source for nor-200. I'd never used gear before but I was hoping it would help.
I've completed one 6 week cycle of 400 mg a week. The results were great. Very little pain in my knee when doing squats, extensions, etc. Before I couldn't do an extension with more than 25# with my right leg without serious pain. Now I've increased weight to fifty and my right quad has increased 3/4".
But now I've been off for 3 wks and the pain has returned. I can't squat anymore. Does juice really help or is this in my head?

It's not in your head! Deca does wonders for the joints. My shoulders have not felt so good in years!
Cheers,
Jay

Ps. If it is only for joint relif then you only need like 100-200mgs of Deca. I would use it longer too.

My source has a new address now with the feds. He was a member at THE local monster gym. About a month ago the owner dropped dead. There was a big investigation. Everyone new AS had killed him. (He was only 46) Anyway my source was busted--again. And btw the autopsy showed nothing in his blood except doctor prescribed pain killers for sinus surgery he just had. Seems he had an allergic reaction.

In your case I'd saty on a low dose of deca throught the year. Is this safe, yes! Try 100mg/wk and see if your joints benefit. Deca helps your joints because it increases joint lubrication and is a
anti-imflamatory. I would suggest you look into the glucosamine and condro. combo too. It will require 6 weeks to see a benefit but studies do prove that it will increase joint lubrication too. It raves about the regowing of cartilage but is yet to be backed up by another test.

Arcboss from Tampa, Fl me too.... Anyway yes nor 200 is deca actually it's nandrolone deconate but anyway it does help with yourt joints. Try some glucosomine also though it has help with my shoulder a great deal. Sometime the pain gets so bad I have to prop my shoulder on a pillow because just the weight of my arm hurts like hell. Sorry to hear about your misfortune but hey it's a hell of an excuse to juice right. Good luck.

No worries, it happens to all of us. My squat is around 545 for 3 reps and leg press is 1280 for 5 reps and I can tell my knees are going to go out. I remember this cartoon I saw in a muscle mag one time where a doctor asked a room full of bodybuilders to raise their hand if they had shoulder problems. Nobody did.... they couldn't because no one could move their arms. I didn't get this at the time but after having a couple of injuries a lot seems clearer now.

I guess if i had to choose i'd rather have my knee problem than someone else's shoulder problem.
