After ChestyII's LEG DAY post today (which was my leg day) I go to the gym with this big hard-on to do some serious squatting.
So, I do 6 sets of squats for 8-10 reps, then go do 3 sets of stiff leg deads all for 8 reps, followed by 3 sets of leg curls...OUCH

All of those sets were balls to the wall...I almost puked twice, I was getting really dizzy after the last couple sets of squats and for some strange reason I actually had fun putting myself through that shit.

What can I say? I was inspired by ChestyII and all you other psycho bastards that got me all worked up this afternoon.

Congrats AJC for a kick ass leg day! I trained legs on Monday, and after reading that post I was pumped to do legs again on tuesday, although the pain my legs were still in prevented me from doing this...

We should all get our workouts in sync to train legs on Mondays. and form a "LEG SUPPORT GROUP" We can all meet on Sunday night to overcome our fears of all of the pain and torture we are about to encounter...

Just kiddin bro... I'm glad to hear you had a good workout.

I trained mine yesterday, and you gotta love the spots that you see right after you're done with the sets of squats. I get all dizzy, and we do ours after the leg press! Followed by extensions, stiff leg deadlifts, and hamstring curls(i am not sure if thats what its called....I'll look when i go to the gym later) Makes for a killer leg day...and I can't walk very well today!

Glad to have been of help and inspiration. I wanted to do legs again, but they are so weak I can barely get up out of bed even today, two days later.

I also found that a kickass leg day is one hell of a cure for sleeplesness. I slept like a rock last night.

Keep up the momentum. I will inform you how my next leg day goes. Note: I train hams and quads on separate days.

Do any of you go for a 20-30 minute jog about 2 days after leg day to get some of the soreness out, it seems to help me a lot, and I love cardio--yes, I said that--'cause I used to be the little fat kid, and now I have a six pack (entered my last show at 150, 3% bodyfat!!) so I ALWAYS want to keep my bodyfat in check, even though I'm bulking right now!

Run? I can barely stand two days later, let alone walk/run!

You must not be hitting them hard enough (hehehe)
