Here I am in week 5 of my 500 omna a week and I'm still stalled out. I've gained overall about 8 pounds in the first two weeks and then 3 more pounds in the past two weeks. I felt like everything was going right, and I feel incredible. Its like Im a whole new person, Im more social than I've ever been. Unfortunately, my muscle mass hasn't increased dramatically. In fact, my belly has grown by four inches since the beginning of my cycle, and I look like a pot bellied pig. Perhaps the fat is detracting from the size of my muscles and making them appear smaller than they actually are, but I don't feel any significant size. If I'm going to grow by much, the next two weeks should be the big kickers. Ill let you know how it goes two weeks from now.

Diet is about 3500 to 4500 calories a day, 160 grams of protein on average, and plenty of water and rest. I do legs, upper body, rest twice a week.

How tall are you and how much do you weigh? I see either two scenerios here. Either you are eating too much (it is possible) or you are just retaining water (which is good). It should've kicked in last week.

The significant growth should start to kick in about now. You might want to up your protein a bit to maintain a positive nitrogen balance. You might want to increase your overall calories depending on how much you weigh and how active you are. Find out your AMR and then add about 1000 calories or more to that. You have to remember that you will be burning alot more calories than usual when on and you need extra calories to build muscle as well. You have to keep your body fueled because it can't make muscle out of nothing.
