about 300 mg.-400mgs. of decca / and winstrol 50mgs. eod. I am 197 lbs. at 6'0. Should i eat a lot since u have to up your calories on juice (cleanly). Or should i keep them low? Also------I am looking to add some quality gains in lean mass on this cycle but it is mainly a cutting cycle.

iam cutting right now too t-3 clen eq winie and adding tren tomorow only been on for 10 days my start weight was 208 2 days ago i was 198 this is how mine meal plans are since today:
1 : 2 slices of rye bread 3 slices of turkey cold cut i tbs of low fat mayo

2 : shake 50 g of protein 3 g of carbs 3 grams of fat

3 : same as 1

4 : same as 2

5 : can of tuna with hot sauce and salsa

6 : same as 2

all together about 1300 calories 200 g of protein 13 g of fat and about 70 g of carbs

was doing keto diet for past 7 days now i switched iam seing good results ewen though i starve

thanx ripped. I also like to know if u can add on lean muscle at the low of calories. 1300 is very low.?????

1300 isn't enough to preserve lean tissue...your thyroid will slow down and it will be counterproductive and make it more difficult to burn fat.

Try multiplying your bodyweight by 12...Do this for two weeks...If you don't lose at least 5 lbs, then you can go lower...If you lose more than 3lbs per week, chances are that you are losing muscle...The deca & winny should alleviate that though.

70g's of carbs per day falls within the lines of bullshit ketonic/atkins dieting philosophy. At 70g's of carbs your promoting a catabolic state which will not be superceeded by your anabolic injections. Up your carbs 3X.

Should i bump up the calories in the begining of the cycle and lower then towards the end or keep them constant?

I would try to keep them pretty even, or maybe even cycle your carbs...

For example...

Mon-low carb
Tue-low carb
Wed-low carb
Thu-HIGH carb
Fri-low carb
Sat-low carb
Sun-HIGH carb

You may want to make one of the High carb days a cheat day, where you'll allow yourself some junkfood...This helps speed up the metabolism and keep the thyroid cranking away.

No problem. I don't know how much you would gain. My guess is with a diet that is restricted in carbs, your gains will be minimal, but you'll still end up looking very good if you stick with it.

thanx guys, as we know ewerione is different and responds to diets anabolics and so on diferentli, i forgot to mention that on sundays i have a cheat day that mostly consists of foods that are carbs, why is my protein so low as some of you might wonder?? remember my lean body weight is about 185 and i respond realy well to a g of protein per pound of dodyweight, for me this works realy well, the results iam seeing are good so as long as it is working for me why to stop it right, thanx for your inputs iam gona tri to du the 3rd day more carbs thimg

if your doing a show go with winny but if not dont waste ya cash you can get in good shape on 300mg primo 250mg sust every 5 days you will keep more muscle just eat clean.

low carb high protien low fat cardio twice daily every day 40 mins each time

if your pondages go down up your carbs by 100g and do 2 hours cardio a day 1hr morning 1 evening.

you will stay big on sust you wont on winny and deca you will loose size and get depressed man .

you can use winny and deca at the end to get vascular and hard but i would use eq and winny as this as the desired effect

have fun.
