I am new to the game and I am finding that it is better to buy gear in bulk, example 3 cycles worth at a time, rather than buy a cycles worth, then wait a few months and buy another cycles worth. It seems like my sources wheel and deal for 6 or so months and then get out of the game, and then you have to go through the painstaking process of finding another legit source. Is this the case with you guys? ------------------

My opinion, buying that much gear at once is a bad idea. If you get busted, you're gonna have a hard time proving it's for personal use. I could be wrong though.

Bro there are sources that have been around for a while and have established themselves. You just have to be patient, and you will learn who some of them are.Not all of them are fly-by-nighters............

I basically agree with Hacker on this. To give you my opinion on the original question of this post, I would say, no, most mail sources are not around after six months. And it's not based on any data, it's based on my experience and gut feeling. Why? Perhaps because some new sources are young and inexperienced (no insult to the younger bro's meant at all),found a pipeline to a supplier and decided it was the ticket to the Jaguar. Then, they realized how fucking difficult it can be as a source -- a fulltime job -- got overwhelmed, unresponsive, incompetent, etc. And failed. Then there are the scum of the earth, the motherfuckers, the same kind of people who bilk old people out of their life savings: the scammers. And there are way, way too fucking many of them out there in this business. Also, like some bro's have speculated before, some sources start out good, then for some reason, consciously turn scammer, something I still can't comprehend really. If you have a solid bond with your source, then ordering large and ahead makes sense. Your source will certainly cut you better discounts as a valued longterm client. Otherwise, my opinion is to stick with smaller ("personal use" sized) orders. My 2 cents. Dexter ------------------

I guess what Dex said is about all there is to say. I'd like to add that some of the good ones seem to go under for a while (for safety reasons), and then come back with a new email, and name. If a good source does that, and you're one of his regular clients, I'd suppose he'd contact you when he gets back into business. ------------------

I agree with the boys, especially Huck. The more you listen the more you will find out, vets and mods are an invaluable source of information for questions like these as well as other AS related/non related stuff. Were here to help each other, but first priorit should be keeping the board clean and everyone from getting scammed or taken advantage of. Slopain

When I find a straight up source, I get everything I can, cause they are here today gone tommorrow, either busted, retired, or scamming. Life used to be much simpler - brothers took care of each other, and honor mattered. There is a small number of the old school guys still out there - cherish them if you find one.
