I heard that you can use winny just like you use reforvit-B in putting it in capsules? what is your opinion, is it possible, if so at what dosage? ------------------     | ||

Yes, you can. I have had great results drinking winny 50mgs ED. I don't bother filling the caps, just squirt it in your mouth and chase it with gatorade or something. It hardly has a taste. D. | ||

the only difference is in the size of your pill...you can use 1/4mgs pills...but i also beleive you can use larger ones and take only 2 pills....1 in the morning and the other around 8-9 hours later ....because winny when taken orally only stays active for around that long
