well i need to get flamed about the deca thing being in the sust, like i said shit i fell realy stupid but that was pased onto my knowldge, i got the info from a different board     | ||

I was wondering the same thing as Huck. Decanoate is just how long the ester lasts (there is a little more to it but that is the jist). Thats the difference between NANDROLONE LAURATE (Laurabolin) and NONDROLONE DECANOATE (Deca-Durabolin). Laurate is slower reacting but with a longer half life. Can see how some one could pull the wool over your eyes on that one though. | ||

Ripped, its alright bro. I had the same thing happen with a friend of mine. I was telling him that he should do a deca and sust stack and he asked me if he really needed to do both since sust had deca in it. I said "Huh?". He explained to me how he had read in Muscle Mag that sust had deca in it. He seemed very sure of himself and it took me a while to convince him otherwise. Don't worry, we all make mistakes.
