I believe capital t is right on.Unless you have the entire gland removed all together, then yes, whatever's left can re-swell all over again.

I had gyno suregry when I was 23 (I'm 29 now). And YES, you can have gyno again after you had a surgery. I'm so fucking sensitive that only 100mg of PRIMO gives me pain in my nipples!!

Most plastic surgeon wont take the whole gland out, because it wont look nice. So they keep a little bit under the nipple for cosmetical purpose - and that's the reason why you can have gyno again.

How will it look bad? Will your nipple invert or something?

My assumption is that it would invert? But I would like to know if anyone has seen or experienced it myself...

If you take the whole gland out the nipple will invert... my doc showed me some pics before he did the surgery on me - and it really lokks strange.
So, I'm happy to have a nice chest (great surgery) again - but I'm unhappy with the bloody gnyo stuff! I just look at some testo an my nipples hurt.
