Hey Fellas... Never done site injects yet. Plan on doing them with Winny in the Delts and triceps. I have 25 x 5/8's and also 25 x 1's. Which is better? I'm assuming 5/8's is deep enough? I'm already very lean, so I'm thinking I'll get into the belly of the muscle at half an inch. Anyone with any opinions comments about what to be prepared for these type of injects. Will be using the Aussie microrefined stuff. Peace, TD     | ||

Bro, i always used 25g 5\8 inch needles in my arms and my shoulders. I never had any problems. Especially if you are real lean, you should have no trouble at all. ------------------ | ||

Thanks for the answer Bro. Is there anything else you use for site injects other than Winny? Is Primo a possible candidate for site injects? I know oil based aren't the best, but just asking the question. What about TProp? Thanks. TD | ||

both primo and test prop hurt me like a mofo! i wouldn't use those two in anything but the delt, glute, or quad by the way....the delts aren't really considered a site specific injection site...like the bis, tris, or calves are ------------------ | ||

Primo should go in the butt. As for Winny try a 1/2 inch 29 or 30 gauge. Even 27 is too tick. I started my Primo on last friday and got the 2 cc's in with a 25 gauge. And Primo has one of the tickest oil solution of them all. It was difficult to get it in though. Needed a lot of force. ------------------ Don't look back, life is too short | ||

If the winny is micronized, then you can get away with even a 28g insulin pin. 5/8 should be o.k. I've used a 28g 1/2 pin for shooting winny in my delts with no problems (even though I would have preferred a longer pin). I have never gone lower than a 23 g in my delts. You want to avoid as much scar tissue as possible. | ||

Thanks AM. Assuming one has Insulin needles, 25 x 1' and 25 x 5/8, which one would be better for tricep injects with micro-refined winny? I'll use the 25 5/8's for Delt injects. Thanks. TD | ||

Ive been doing the TP through through 29g 1/2" in the bis and tris it aint to bad at all . As far as 1' being to long for the delt it depends , ive mostly used 5/8" also , but have gone as long as 1 1/2" when i was younger and dumber (i think youll be fine with 1") |
