I would not "pour them" in any type of vial? Unless you were doing this in a controlled laboratory environment, you risk airborn bacteria/particles getting into the vial. This is a risk regardless of what anyone tells you. Too many things to describe but there is risk. Remember you will be injecting this shit for later.

If anything I would do normal amp procedural breaking and "siphoning" the ester with needle and then for safety reasons go through a syringe filter back into a sterile multi use vial.

IMO, that is the safest way. I'm not saying you can't do what you want to, but is surely isn't the safest route to go.

As to your other question, I don't know how Omna is sealed(amp wise). I'll leave that to other vets more knowledgeable about Omna. The liquid/solution can become contaminated immediately depending on the environment you expose it to.
