Anyone ever used this? I start back college today, and i know im not going to be getting but 6 hours tops sleep a night. Its suppose to help u fall asleep and get a better rest. Also is a pain reliever.. anyone?

I prefer the 1 or 3 mg tabs of Melatonin...get it anywhere....GNC has the 1mg cherry flavored....Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...melts in your mouth....Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!!!!!!!!!

I agree with Ranger, Melatonin does it for me. I use the 3 mg when needed.
