I am not good with posting links but do this. Go back to the elite start page and click on News/Articles. Then click on the part that says "Phenyltropic PPA/Humulin R Cutting Stack". Then go to the part about the ketogenic diet. This is the anabolic diet. It sucks to do but if you do it right you can keep most of your muscle and lose alot of fat. Yeah, I agree--that isn't a crazy goal, very doable in 12 weeks. Just up the cardio--2 sessions a day if possible!--and add in some ECA plus a natural thyroid enhancer like Thyrolean before hitting the clen/t3...and diet is still the most important aspect of losing that bodyfat!! ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

The anabolic diet will easily get you there, particularly if you are strict about the calories, use ECA, and get cardio in every day save the carb days. However, I have never been able to stay on it more than 6 weeks.... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I will attempt to answer your question based on personal experience of going natural. Start by making yourself a schedule. Three days of cardio and four workout sessions in the gym per week. Keep your cardio on seperate days. Do cardio, first thing in the morning upon waking up. Cardio should be no less than twenty minutes and no more than 40 minutes long. WAit one hour before consuming any calories. Do this three days a week every other day. Diet! You have to diet! Now this really depends on how much muscle you have on your bones. Maintenance seems to be 30-40 grams of protein per meal per day. You wanna squeeze 5 or six meals a day, eating every two to three hours apart. Keep your carbs to portion size. Be sure to eat vegies with at least two meals a day. This is one way in which you can lose that 20-30 pounds of fat in twelve weeks. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
