I am doing a cutting cycle with decca and winstrol. The problem is I don't want to bulk up now. I am big enough and with low body fat BUT MY CHEST IS LAGGING SERIOUSLY!. So i thought maybe this would work. Can i throw in about 5-6 dbol pills a day on my chest days ONLY to blow out my chest? If i do chest on a monday and thursday i would pop the pills on those 2 days only throughout the week. This was JUST A THOUGHT because i am constantly trying to think of ways to get my lagging chest up to par and nothing has worked yet. If u want to flame me for this idea then feel free to but just give me a reason why this idea isn't worth trying out. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Why not try some synthol or halotest INJECTED INTO YOUR CHEST...Am I off base with this, aren't those what you site-inject?? And if I were you, I'd start taking the dbol the afternoon/night before chest day, then on chest day up 'til the workout, not just wake up and start taking 'em... Get on a good bulking cycle and follow a prioritized training regimen geared toward letting your chest recover from some brutal training... I.E. Mon..biceps/triceps Tue..delts/back Wed..off Thu..Chest Fri..off Sat..off Sun..Legs This will give you two days of rest after a chest workout. And DO NOT train your other parts nearly as hard as you normally would. Also make the chest workouts no more than one hour, but make it the longest hour of your life. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Yeah badkins that was some piss poor advice. The only thing you can do Italian is try different training. I don't even think you can use PGF2 in the chest so your selection is limited to training. You need to know what you are doing for site injections so don't fuck around with injecting in the chest. For the original poster try training chest one time a week only. And swith up the reps. If you are doing high reps go to low and if doing low reps go to high... I feel the best rep range for mass is 8-12 reps. Less than this makes me stronger but not really bigger. Presently I am doing 10 reps for everything and it rocks.. mega pumps. I have alway preffered lower reps 6.. But know I realise that it's better to do more reps.. Check SSMAN he was having trouble with his arms but when he want to 10-12 reps and lowered volume they blew up bigtime...
