Well,
Most people advised me to stop my cycle to heal and then start up after but I didn't want to stop so for 1.5 weeks I cut my doses in half and dropped the Winny while I monitored my recovery.... I started working out again light after 9 days and progressively worked heavier, I also put my dosages back up... but I had to leave out heavy squats, deadlifts and a few other exercises for those first few weeks. My gains were coming very slowly for those 3 weeks post-injury but I eventually got back to where I could workout 100% (after about 4 weeks). I also started the Winny back up again. So after 8 weeks I'm up to 212 (~15 lbs)... my bodyfat's ~8% and my strength's increasing with every workout. My gains are coming much faster now and I decided that I'll drop the Sust and keep on Winny and EQ for 2 more weeks. I'm sure my gains would have been greater had I not had my injury but I didn't want to stop and sit on my ass... and I'll be happy to hit ~215-217 at the end of the 10 weeks. I the plan to take a few months off and hit a Sust/Deca/Dbol cycle in the winter... Peace... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

500mg of sustanon in combination with 400mg of Equipose has so far only yielded you 15lbs? That interesting
