it is my elewenth day since i started this is how it went: day one one tab of t-3 100 mcg of clen increasing the t-3 ewery 3 days by 1 tab untill i hit 100 mcg iam also taking 50 mg of winie and 150 mg of eq eod, first 5 days my weight seem to be going the wrong way, but i decided not to weigh my self ewery day so i didnt get discouraget and i also went on o low card diet the 3 day i started out i was 206, after 2 days of doing 100mcg of t-3 i steped on the scale and iam down to 197, iam so weak i can hardly get thru a work out, havebt dun cardio in 3 days, but i LOVE the results iam seeing. now my main concern is that if my goal is to loose body fat should i back off on some of the as or just go with one so i dont waist it since my energy lewels are low and i got only 3 weeks left ???
keep the roids up or back of a litle??????/

pgf2 in this mix Would prob give you a serious bf% drop. while blowing up the weeker points just a suggestion. Keep us posted always intrested in cutting cycles. p.s. Watch test levels they like to drop on cutting cycles.

Don't back off the juice. That is what will help you keep your muscle. If you want to back off a little to save juice, back off of the eq and only do 100mg EOD but keep the winny the same. The lack of energy is due to the low carb diet. It sucks but just try to get through it and you will be very happy with the results. I am on t3, clen and Xenadrine myself stacked with primo and winny. So far I haven't cut the carbs too much but I am going to starting tomorrow. I have been on a low carb diet before and I know that my energy level will be low but I gotta lose a good deal of fat so I'll do what I gotta do. If you are losing fat fast enough then don't worry about cardio anyway. Save your energy for the gym. Just keep it up and you will have great results but if it gets to the point where you are making yourself sick up the carbs a little. Good Luck.

thanx bro i know the lack of energy is from no carbs, like u said ill stick to weights as long as the weight is droping, how many mcgs are u using and for how long???

I am doing the t3 like this. Keep in mind this is with 25 mcg tabs: 1111122222333334444444333332222211111. Basicly I go up every 5 days until I hit 4 tabs a day and then I stay there for 7 days. I haven't heard of many others doing this but what I am doing is splitting the pills and taking them throughout the day to try and get a more sustained effect. I haven't been able to find much info on how long t3 remains active so doing this might not make much of a difference. I just figure it would be better to take 2 halves during the day than just 1 pill in the morning. Like I said it probably won't make much difference but I figure it couldn't hurt either.
