This is a typical day diet for me, Ive only recently started counting grams of protein that I eat and I found out I wasnt getting enough (Gee, I guess thats why my first cycle sucked ass!) Anyway, lesson learned and now i take diet seriously. Here it is:
Meal 1: Ham&cheese sandwich
Meal 2: 1 can tuna
Meal 3: Carbo Pump Drink from gym.
Meal 4: Ketopro protein bar from gym
Meal 5: Protein shake 9 eggs/2cup milk.
Meal 6: Chicken breast w/rice and milk. OR two cans tuna w/ rice. (whichever i have at the time)
I am 5'10" 200, 13% and this all comes to 230-250 grams protein/day. I could probably eat more but its pretty hard with work/school. Thanks bros.

A problem I see in both your diets is that it lacks vegetables, and other than maybe 1-2 bananas, has almost no fruit! These are typical "muscle" diets, but they lack overall nutritiousness. Balance your meals, i.e. a chicken breast, 1/2-1 cup pasta (whole wheat of course!), and 1/2-1 cup of veggies...all portion sizes depend on if you're bulking or cutting/pre-contest! All the protein shakes/bars, etc. are great but they lack lots of stuff, like phytochemicals, antioxidants, and anticarcinogens, stuff that comes from Mother Nature. A healthy diet means a variety of foods, each and every day! I think we put too much emphasis on getting "enough" protein and forget about basic diet guidelines (and not the ones from the FDA!!)

*GOOD FOOD=GOOD MUSCLE...PERIOD! Whether your juicin', natural, or just healthy!

I agree with badkins, but I would add that you are not eating enough for a natural diet. You need about 2-3 times that for a typical day during a bulking diet. But variety is the key.
