First thing and most important thing. Cardio. I was too once a chuncky person (still got some) and diets helped but nothing like cardio. Cardio is one of the best naturla fat burners there could be. I wish I could help you on the diet, but that is for someone else.

I totally agree about the cardio. If you're willing to risk it, I've heard a combo of T3 and clen is great--or you could go easier and just get some Xenadrine/Adio and stack it with some Thyrolean (natural stuff)--BUT CARDIO WILL REALLY HELP. ***And remember, if you don't eat right, not even exercising will burn fat off, nor will juice, supplements, or the like! Post a typical day's diet, and get some feedback on your eating habits. That much bodyfat can be dangerous, good luck gettin' it down! ...Oh yeah, BODYOPUS=0 carbs M-F, then a carb up on the weekends. I'd rather go moderate carbs all the time, then just plan a cheat meal on Saturday nights, that's what I do all the time, even when bulking! ...my 2 cents... ------------------

the bodyopus diet is 8% carbs and 50% pro and the rest fat. monday u feel like hell. tuesday gets worse. wednesday u feel better. thursday is great. friday night u carb up. saturday and sunday is carb city then comes monday again. it works great if u can handle it. it messes up your training cause your brain has no fuel. go high fat from mct. keep your carbs about 35%, the rest protein. keep your cardio to 3-4 times a week, 45-60 minutes at a medium level. calories about 2200-2400, if u have a cheat day, carb up 2 days before. small amount, say a bagel. at that low of calories thats enough. try it. it'll work.

You might want to check into "the Metabolic Diet" by Mario Depasquale or "The Ketogenic Diet" by Lyle Macdonald. These are both variations of very low carb diets "ckd" like body opus but slightly updated.

I've been doing this for 5 yrs now and you must remember this " The Body Opus book is for people who are not fat" That a quote from Dan Duchaine you should first get another book The Anabolic Diet or Protien Power by Dr Eads. If I can be of any help just drop me a line and I'll try to do my best to help you ------------------

Buy the book "Underground Bodyopus" by Daniel Duchaine. Its covers the issue pretty good. Also I think DNP is THE fatburner... \\Alcatraz |
