hey guys am 20 years old and am training naturally I dont feel I have reached anywhere near my body's full potential therefore i am staying away from AS for awhile. I am curious tho I have been training for over around 2 years now an was wondering if there is a difference while training on AS or naturally. When on juice are u less suseptable to overtraing? I mean I have a high metabolism and many on the board here have told me to do a HIT routine. I was just wondering if guys on juice can train use more exercises sets reps etc.. then say the average me. Sorry if this was long and pointless for u guys but i was curious.

Yep, that is why you take AS. To help you body recover quicker and prevent overtraining.

Peace...Mav

Its not a stupid question at all. You can still over train on AS, its just harder to do but I know guys who do it all the time. They still think that "More is better" and over do it. Best thing for a fast metabolism is to eat alot of food, coupled with intense workouts!! If your training all the time you may not even have a fast metabolism, you may be just over training so if your not going to take the plunge, try cutting back on the volume and frequency of your workouts and see if that helps.
