I just read a post on the ausvet.com board that said in the next couple weeks gear is going to be considered a controlled substance in Mex, and that vets will no longer be allowed to sell it to customers. Is this BULLSHIT or what? I know they are tightening down on the amounts of prescription drugs that you can claim. Someone who knows for sure please tell me that this is BULLSHIT about the gear!     | ||

i have seen new reports that the US government is putting pressure on the mexican government to change things. i sure hope it doesn't change. i think it won't last long before there is a way around the laws if they do change. ------------------ Email me if you have any questions | ||

Im with you Pharm animal, and Zeke you can hurt yourself with advil if youre a moron about it! I had 2 herniated disks in my lower lumbar region because I was rear ended by a pig that was pulling me over. It wasnt bad enough to require surgery, had to go through lots of physical therapy, to no avail. Finally after 6 months of that shit with very little improvement, my neurosurgeon said that I needed excersize lightly a couple times a week to build up the muscle around the discs. after working out a few weeks and seeing some improvement with the pain and muscularity I said fuck it and got on some test and deca and never looked back, now im in the best shape of my life. I just got my clearance from the doc. he cant believe how great and fast my recovery was. So watch out pigs the lawsuits a comming. | ||

Ok Bro's, I went to TJ this morning...first of all, ya gotta realize how things work down there...they don't give a fuck, just "show me the money"...it's all about dinero. I asked three different pharmisists and one "hookup dude" about the changing laws...one guy said, "law?, what law?". Everybody says it will be business as usual. They just want the gringo money. I mean, heck, if you want it, and they have it, they'll sell it. Sounds like Mexico, no? If you are making trips, just be careful. | ||

Something similar is going on right now in my country (Yugoslavia). The govt is trying to stop selling the drugs OTC. There is the new Law about it, but thanks Good private pharmacies in Yugo works the same way as Mexican's. Just show 'em the money, and no script is needed. And of course, it is far from controlled substance. That would be a real BS. There is still everything, everywhere and so fuckin' CHEAP. Guys. I just went to ausvet.com to check this topic out. This guy is trying to say that this is already a done deal and will go down in 1-2 weeks! Come on. Laws/regulations take longer than 1-2 weeks to go into to effect let alone get passed,ect. There is pressure all around with the Olympics coming up,the literal explosion in production of veterinary anabolics in Mexico and the well publicized mass exportation of high profile veterinary anabolics from Australia has turned up the heat considerably. There has been pressure on the US to act on "sports doping" and the easy purchase of these products and easy smuggling into the USA. Just think back in the '93-'95 (maybe a little later than '93) when all human gear required a US Rx. Many places in Mexico will still sell you things that HAVE to have a Mexican Rx (ritalin,valium,tylenol with codeine,ect) without one-they just have a doc write an Rx and cover for them. Another example is Ketamine. Ketamine used to be displayed on shelves like fucking vitamin B 12 at a GNC. Ketamine got scheduled in the US. Mexico now has made it a no no to sell it. Guess what-theres still a shitload of it below the counter.  ------------------ | ||

They are tightening up but just for a bit. My friends down there tell me it is because of the government changing hands more than anyhting else. Fox wants to look like hes making changes and shake things up a bit, and the old gov't wants to look good on the way out like they did shit. It was like that last week and will be like that for a couple more weeks hopefully. Some will sell the other types of gear but it helps to have a good working relationship with the people down there I wouldn't worry about it, but some may feel a crunch for the next month or so. This law has passed the first step. It still needs to be signed. Similar to Congress passing a law and Clinton having to sign it. It is not law yet, but very well could be by the first a the year. | ||

Mexican drug laws mean nothing. This is a country whose federal gov. has actively participated with cocaine cartels for cash, weapons and suppression of dissident groups in the south for years - all while taking our "war on drugs" money. | ||

I was down this weekend and heard the exact same thing that slopain is saying. It's a little rough right now but things will calm right back down in a month or so. According to my source this is common in election years and is something they are accustomed to. I too worry about all the pressure the US gov't places on the Mexican gov't, especailly with a new gov't coming in. By the way.........No new Tokkyo Anavar as of Saturday but hopefully it will appear next week. my source whom is very knowledgable didn't know when exactly only that they had heard about it the time and way we did. I'll let you know about this weekend as I'm going to be in San Diego and I'll jump down real quick to see what the scoop is. |
