I am 6'3" 170 lb. 8% fat and would like to put on a healthy 15 lb. I live in San Diego and decided it is time to take a trip to Mexico. Just minutes away, but never really knew where to make my first stop. I want low toxicity over huge gains, and would like to keep the majority of the gains I receive.
