Yes...Carbs are very important. The "experts" say 2-3 grams per lb. Just experiment, and when you start to gain more fat, cut them back. I would look like Fat fucking Albert if I took in more than 2 grams per lb. every day....You should also look into carb cycling if you are really concerned with bodyfat. | ||
